About HPCA

Hemlock Point Community Association is an association of Owners of properties at Hemlock Point located on Lake Wallenpaupack in Palmyra Township, Pike County, Pennsylvania. The purpose of our organization is to provide development of activities and benefits of common interest to the members of the association including support for the maintenance of our roads, docks, and water system.
